Chief Executive Officer

Boris Pelegrin is a tax and fiduciary specialist with over 25 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and international wealth structuring. He has held senior roles in Switzerland, Mauritius, and South Africa, advising private clients and family offices. He holds advanced qualifications in tax and law and is known for his strategic approach to complex cross-border matters.

Michelle Pelegrin

Director of Operations

Michelle Pelegrin is an operations manager and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in business administration, bookkeeping, and legal support. She has managed her own businesses in France and South Africa and worked with firms including KPMG and ATOS. Her work combines practical business management with a creative and client-focused perspective.

Maria Abarca Azpiazu

Trainee

Maria Abarca Azpiazu is a human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in recruitment, training, and labor relations. She has led HR functions within the Mondragón Group and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. She is valued for her strategic thinking, team leadership, and people-centered approach.
